Helsinki and Tampere welcome you to Finland, where the whole concept of this year’s Vision, “Leadership Through Engagement”, was created. You will get to experience first hand what the researchers and professors of Aalto University have to say on the subject of engagement. The corporate view on the matter will also be present throughout, with visits to local businesses widening your perception of leadership.
In addition to high quality lectures and workshops, you will get to experience the beautiful Finnish winter, the true Finnish sauna and even compete in the annual Kyykkä world championships in Tampere. This will be your opportunity to experience Vision the way it is meant to be!
The participation fee will be about 50 €.
